High level of politics. Treat employees like Bonded Labour. Team leaders like Arpit jain is a Kamchor, and his puppets Piyush and other people creates politics Never appreciate employees and their work. no support. they can change your work shift without your consent. It can be late in the night or early 6 oclock in the morning. HR is worthless, non supportive. This company only worries about time. 8 hours working means you have to sit on your sit for 8 hours and you are not even allowed to go to other place or talk to someone. Every second is counted within and outside of office. Cuts half day salary for 5 minutes late and not recovering that time. HR is not worried about TOXIC work culture she is more worried about who punched and who not throughout the day, how many punch, and how to deduct salary. People working here are in high mental pressure. they are working here only because they stuck here mistakenly and they are looking for a way to get out of this Baniye ki Dukaan. If you have good repo with team lead or higher management, you survive else this is a LIVING HELL. If you want to take revenge from someone, suggest them this Worthless company.
