Pros

None, no breaks , no air conditioning , no heat, only 7 paid holidays. Cameras on you all the time. You have 1/2 hour for lunch. Small break room , fits 10 people at most. Very dusty in steel environment. Very high decibels. You do get to acquire health insurance. Raises about every 3 years.

Cons

Fast pace. To many chiefs a nd no workers. Everybody argues. Don't acknowledge you, like good mourning good. For air conditioning they give you a popsicle.

Pros

Some employees try hard to keep things moving regardless of the chaos. “A constantly chaotic workplace with leadership that creates more problems than it solves.” Working at Innovated Machine & Tool was one of the most unstable experiences of my career. The day-to-day environment felt out of control, with priorities shifting randomly and instructions changing without warning. There is almost no structure, no reliable process, and no consistency. You spend most of your time trying to figure out what you’re supposed to be doing because the systems simply don’t exist. The leadership style—at least in my experience—made the environment even more difficult. Decisions often felt rushed, reactive, and disconnected from reality on the floor. Instead of building stability, the approach created constant confusion and pressure. Many issues were caused not by employees, but by the lack of organization and clear direction from above. Turnover is very high, and after working there, it’s not surprising. When people are given unclear expectations, minimal training, and a constantly shifting target, burnout happens fast. It’s an environment where even good workers will struggle because the foundation simply isn’t there. If you need a paycheck, it’s a job. But if you’re looking for a place where you can grow, be supported, and actually succeed, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Cons

Unstable environment, unclear direction, constant pressure, very limited training, no real structure, high turnover, avoidable daily problems.
