Pros

I cannot think of anything for this section!

Cons

Everything in this place is a "con" ( literally and figuratively). Employees are pressured to bring in sponsorship for programs and lose the management support as soon as the money is in the bank account. The higher you wanna be in the company hierarchy the less experience and education you need to have. The company is ran by individuals with low self esteem and no social skills, which will down the road affect you as an employee of the company

Pros

Flexible hours, management lets you manage the project how you see fit... for the most part. But that's because they don't know what they're doing and expect you to figure it out. Small company feel, business casual. Honestly, not a lot of pros to talk about.

Cons

No benefits, management expects you to make them tons of money with little guidance or help, communication is extremely poor, management is dysfunctional and likes to play favorites like a high school click. You won't learn much here, if anything. There is so much bureaucracy for such a small company, you'd think it was 100+ size company (that's bad). No room for growth, company basically going no where. Good stepping stone for someone who wants to get something on their resume right out of school and move on in a few months. But you won't gain any real skills here. It's all smoke and mirrors. To sum it up, you are way underpaid and expectations are ridiculously high considering you don't get an upside for selling large ticket projects.
