Their idea of leadership is veiled promises of big changes that never come. The same 2 people hold all the decision making power. Leadership add new clients to already painfully overworked staff with no idea how they'll execute, no tools for success, then point fingers everywhere but themselves when things unravel. There is no trust or information shared to senior staff, everyone gets the same runaround, no decision making power, and god forbid there's an HR issue... actual HR is not an investment they're willing to make. Senior leadership is wildly unprofessional and has no problem telling junior staff other team members are "useless" or are "going to be taken care of" ie: fired. Saying anything critical of this person would actually be useless since there's a personal friendship with the CEO. Benefits are a joke, they change all the time and they gaslight you to believe these are national average of what you should be paying.
