Great family like environment everyone is very nice

no room for growth, you will not become wealthy working here.

This is a great company to work for. There are so many things that make it great. The CEO and upper management go above and beyond to make the employees feel appreciated and that in turn makes you not mind getting up and coming to work. I mean the snack wall and coffee/tea station alone are enough to make your day better. The teamwork that happens on a daily basis is amazing. This team of employees can get the job of a much larger company done with ease.

The only con I have is communication is not always clear and direct. This company is growing quickly and the communication game needs a boost. It's not absent however it is vague.
