In the 4 years I have been here, I do not have any cons.

Absolutely no pros at this time.

One of the most troubling aspects is the management style. There is a clear expectation that employees must be workaholics to be considered “valuable.” If you try to maintain any kind of reasonable work-life balance, your job feels constantly at risk. This creates a high-pressure, unsustainable environment where burnout is normalized rather than addressed. Additionally, management decisions often feel arbitrary and personal rather than professional. Entire teams have been pushed out or replaced, not based on performance, but seemingly because of personal preference. This kind of instability makes it difficult to feel secure or motivated in your role.
