Small business where you have an open door policy with Management, growing company that is open and flexible to change, advancement opportunities, mission and core values taken very seriously, company is in it for more than a profit, giving back to seniors in the community

There are no cons, but I would recommend anyone wanting to work with Innovative be good with flexibility and hard work is a must !
