You can easily become overworked with the high call-out rate.

I am almost two months into my employment at Innovative Senior Solutions. I am not going to proclaim that we are perfect, however, I will declare that we are definitely striving for perfection daily. During my time thus far at Innovative, I have learned that the company is truly for the "survival of the fittest," and I do mean that in a good way. We are a company whose desire and goal is to serve with all we have, and we do so by exerting ourselves over and beyond, helping people in every possible way that we can. Difficult and stressful days happen every now then, but this should be predicted with any company. The whole point is that if you are a hard worker and want to excel, I recommend Innovative Senior Solutions on any given day and time. My personal motto for the company from what I have gathered thus far is "Come to work, and not to play. If you don't fit, you will be moved out the way." Every company that strives for perfection should have such an attitude. I believe it is the tool for success!
