The culture is relaxed while there is a major feeling of being part of a team. Expectations and goals are high but the support is present to help all employees achieve their goals. Managment wants to help their teams succeed and with the company growing strong, there is always room to advance. The guys that work at Innovative are the best at what they do and will form you into the best AV technician you can be.
