Some people taking too much long coffee breaks, making others job incredibly slower.
Conflicts within colleagues idea, no arbitration, responsibilities are not enforced and jumped from colleagues to colleagues according to convenience. The boss seems not care about it, but it's a personal impression.
Such jumping of responsibilities here is sold as a flat hierachy.
Clannish colleagues also on the work subjects, requires "being friends of the guy" to be able to work with.
