They are communicative to some extent.

No support for consultants who are working on projects. They have a team in India (offshore) that is very confused and it takes a number of emails for you to explain basic things they should already know about when working with consultants in USA. Also, they lack basic necessities in providing their consultants with hardware and software to do the basics of their roles and responsibilities. The consultants are responsible for just about everything they need - and they will not provide it. Every consultancy group I have worked with has supported their consultants with a wide array of things.. but not this organization.
