Smaller company that everyone cares and helps out each other.

No moving up in office.

They have a fairly good employee package, with a good employee insurance plan, paid time off package and 401 plan.

They have little to no employee interactions, I have experience that the ability to talk with upper management is next to impossibly. I have made several calls leaving messages over a 3 week time period with no response.
