Pros
Transport is available, and working hours are usually well-defined, ending around 5 PM unless meetings extend the day. The workplace has a friendly surface-level culture, and support staff help create a welcoming environment. Team members are approachable in direct interactions.
Cons
They underpay 3/4th of the employees. Salary increments during appraisals are inconsistent, and in some cases, not provided. They don't promote you, they somehow trap you and keep you there for long with false hopes. A lof of favouritism happens. Rules are applicable for everyone, but the favourites don't follow it. They come up with the lamest of excuses when questioned about anything that's unsatisfactory.
