Cons
The president/owner is probably the biggest con--absolutely unprofessional, cannot manage people, disorganized, makes personal attack, never takes responsibility for her mistakes/blames her employees, spends way too much time making people focus on the unnecessary details then blames them for not paying attention to the big picture, basically impossible to work with and just creates chaos where there doesn't need to be any. Oh, and also regularly tantrums so people are constantly anxious and never know when she'll go off on them and fire them.
Employees' opinions and ideas don't matter/ aren't taken into consideration if they are different from the president's.
So many good workers quit or are fired mostly because of the president.
There is no HR department so you basically cannot report anything.
Low pay, especially considering the workload and the fact that you're working for "two companies" at the same time (They don't tell you that when you apply)
