typical SME culture, nothing great to talk about , but able to tell that company only reward managerial level staff that have stayed long with them the more brand under your department/umbrella the more overwriting you get in term of cons
Cons
company do not practice paying AWS(13mth bonus) fast face, back communication within internal department very high turn over rate for low level staff every month , there is between 5-10 people that quit as well as newcomer
