Worst company ever! - Product Manager Innovix Distribution Employee Review

Micromanagement. Authoritative leadership. Feels like working in a factory environment, don’t be deceived by the external looks in their office. You can look modern like Google but you don’t think like one. Benefits are poor. Very messy direction as a company overall, they can anyhow change strategy. Internal processes are all over the place and make everyone so frustrated. High turn over rate also. As new employee, the bosses never ensure that we feel included and belong. There is a very clique-ish culture here among the colleagues, you need to earn your way in? So stupid & childish. One of the worst environment I have ever been in. No warmth at all.
