One of the best things about the organization is its positive work culture and supportive management. Employees are appreciated for their efforts, and promotions, appraisals, and salary processes are handled fairly and on time. The management encourages learning, ownership, and professional development, making it a great place for anyone who wants to grow in their career. Very toxic work culture with poor leadership and zero regard for employee well-being. Employees are constantly overworked, undervalued, and expected to handle unrealistic expectations without proper support. Management lacks professionalism, communication is extremely poor, and favoritism is clearly visible across teams. There is little to no work-life balance, and raising genuine concerns often leads to being ignored or indirectly targeted. Instead of encouraging growth and collaboration, the environment feels stressful, political, and mentally exhausting. My experience here negatively affected both my professional confidence and personal well-being. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy and supportive workplace.
