Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are disappointed to hear your experience and thoughts about InovarTech. We agree last 2 years have been tough, given the economic/market situation and it has been difficult for many. If you look at the other companies, a large portion of them are not growing both in headcount and new projects. Unfortunately we are not any different, we have to abide by the market conditions. But I certainly open to discuss with you if you have any ideas. That said, we have made lot of inroads in last quarter of 2023 and we intend to continue that momentum. Also about your communication poitn, I am sorry you hear that you feel scared to talk to me. I will definitely work on that. My impromptu style of conversation came from a time when we were small, and I can definitely work on fixing it. But in the mean time, please reach out to the Employee Actions team (Super Heros), They can definitely convey your message to me without any hesitation.
