Current CEO is a great overall leader. He's newly promoted to his current role. However, he has been with the company for a long time. The overall sentiment towards him is one of trust, confidence, and positive that he will lead the company toward future success.

Not really much of a con but more of a factual observation. We have gone from mostly in office to primarily remote workforce. This is due to the nature of our industry.

There are too many concerns regarding the company’s approach to employee treatment, which raises ethical questions that outweigh any "pros" I can think of.

The company operates without an established Human Resources team. Last but not least, the company is struggling to maintain financial stability and has been for many years.
