Do not recommend - On-Site Tech Inovo Employee Review

Too much Micro-Managing, let the techs do their jobs instead of doing duplicate work because higher ups do not want to look through ticketing system. When I'm off work and not on-call, do not get mad when I do not answer the phone. Also, my family comes first, Inovo does not seem to understand this concept. If I am sick, I am sick, I will get you a Dr's note if needed, but I don't need someone coming down on me because I am sick
