There are many opportunities. The owner is very hands on tries to create a good atmosphere for the employees. I learned a lot and enjoyed my time at Inpac.

You wont work sundays i guess,

The company is run by an individual who from my time working there i learned was stolen from by a group of Hispanic individuals who would regularly double bill customers to steal the money or something of that nature so the CEO now views any Hispanic individual that isn't Brown Nosing with very negative lenses . I was let go without context, Allegedly there is an ongoing investigation of Corporate Espionage , I say this because i saw nothing besides meeting alleged individuals who were members of the government but never saw any proof of this . CEO is not willing to accept that the store is in the state it is because of the decision making process he demands others follow. Regularly told to go to him for guidance for difficult decisions and when asked gives vague answers essentially demanding you to do things exactly how he wants you too but will not tell you how and at the same time be upset with you for not producing the results he desired, Notified them I would be looking for another place to work due to conditions at work not allowing mental peace, and was immediately starting to get accused of *being one of them* who I'm assuming is the individuals he assumes are trying to destroy his company from the inside, but theres only like 6 employees and he stalks the store via cameras he has installed at all corners of the store to monitor all employees, If you get along with your coworkers he begins to view it as a negative thing.
