Pros
stock doing ok, some talented people and nice co-workers. Good outlook in short-term. CEO seems has vision.
Cons
Unreasonable schedules, long hours, ask you to work on weekends for free. VERY bad place for employees that are below principal level and who wants to grow. Some inexperienced managers keep changing their mind and hold no responsibly but only takes credit when they can. Blame-shifting is often, and management likes to keep everything in secret. Compensation and benefits starts to shrink.
