      Pros

      Stipendi alti, ticket 10 euro, caffe' e acqua gratis, area ricreazione biliardino, aperitivo analcolico pomeridiano. Stile e ambiente di lavoro da start-up. Qualifiche professionali molto alte con una elevata percentuale di dottorati.

      Cons

      Sono molto bravi a fare HW. Non altrettanto riguardo al SW. Pochissimi sviluppatori SW contro alcune decine di sviluppatori HW. Lo stile da start-up declina talora verso un metodo fi lavoro da "cantinaro". I capi sono sotto pressione e non riescono a gestirla molto bene.

      Inphi was the best company that I worked with over the years. Great team, great products, and spectacular execution under a fantastic CEO.

      Cons

      I really have no negative comments, except we sold to Marvell, and the ride was over.
