Terrible work environment. Chinese culture of work. The company is constantly looking for new hires because it cannot retain the talents. Chaotic management. My manager was a micromanager who routinely calls one on one with action requests and delays. The list of actions and dates were generally setup before the call. The manager would say that I am behind schedule and that I am not meeting expectation. If you join this company, expect a pseudo "performance review" every month. The purpose is to pressure you.
