Really good vacation. Flexible w/ hours. Work facility right on site. Provide employees lunch, fountain beverages and coffee. The morale was always high. Would give incentives to employees to get an additional day of vacation. Will to allow employees to buy vacation days ( you pay for them through your check) but it was nice to have up to five extra days to pay w/. Good benefits. They also have something to keep employees involved with the company.
