Good place to learning, my superior was very helpful for my learning. Low period no stress. Pay was not bad for me with no experience.

High period can be stress.

Was under an excellent manager, was able to guide me well. Was given a promotion within a year. Working hours was flexible, just manage your own time or expect to be managed.

Working over weekend and holidays are expected due to the nature of the job, at least company gives off in lieu, but you have to ask. HR please just make this an SOP.
