Pros
I've been working at Inside for almost a year now as part of their sales team. It's been great up to this point and everybody on the team is friendly and transparent. Sales is sales - you get out of it what you put into it. I put in the effort, and definitely feel valued and rewarded.
Cons
Being a small team and fully remote team, on the rare occasion, it may take a couple hours to get a response from a coworker if you want to figure out something quickly. Not a huge deal.
