I immediately felt that I was a part of the team from the very first interaction, starting with the phone interview. This was a great first impression of an organization I had never heard of. I have very much discovered that our TEAM is extremely strong and grows stronger with each day because feedback is always welcomed and appreciated. EVERYONE'S ideas, creativeness and expertise are valued and are very much heard, as well as recognized for their inputs. The awards, pay compensation, work life balance, the continuing education, the positive can do attitudes, the open door policy, the overwhelming friendly atmosphere, and that everyone is equal, reminds me everyday, that WE (company and myself) made the right decision to build our journey's together.
