Pros
Great culture where all the employee's get along great and feel like family, growing organization, great benefits, extremely flexible schedule (if you work hard, they don't limit the PTO).
Cons
Don't look to promote within. Exec Team and Regional Sales Directors are compensated fairly but everyone else is underpaid. Managers are those who have been working there the longest, not the most qualified.
