Pros
For a sales job its not bad. Great environment, great people. Mandated hours to work per work is 36 hours. Being able to leave at 4:30 everyday and leaving at 3:00 on Fridays are great with the option to stay later if you want to work longer. You also get a 15 min break every hour which is relaxing. The work day goes by pretty quickly. Great clients and B2B selling. Quotas are reasonable and not impossible to obtain. If you're looking for a sales job this is the place to be.
Cons
Interview and job application is misleading. COLD calling although you are given leads at the end of the day it is still cold calling. Some projects are easier than others and some people make more money based of your projects commission plan. No sick days because you are paid hourly vs yearly. At the end of the day it is a sales job not marketing.
