Pros

Apart from the Title "Research Analyst" there seems to be no Pro's for this job I held here.

Cons

1. No Relevance to Job - During interview u will be asked to do research, but the job is absolutely irrelevant to it. It is BPO than research. 2. No Respect for time - Potential prospects for interview, are made to wait all day at the reception. You will literally have to sit here all day and show your face even if u don’t have any work, Because according to management you are being paid from 9-6 and many a time you will have to seek permission to leave and will be asked to wait until 7-7:30 PM & half day will be marked if you are late by 15 minutes. 3. Micro Management at worst- Every other employee is your boss, there is no proper structure. in terms of who's who. Company uses, paper, ruler & pencil for EOD reports & work progress. U will always find people walking up to each other and physically reaching each other at desk for even puny things. There are no CRM, no softwares, and leave alone excel. Salary disbursal is a shame, I waited 7 days after salary date to receive my salary in cheque. There is no point of contact, you just keep running around people to people for HR, Finance, Legal. 4.Terrible work environment - Extreme levels of Micromanagement. No Incentives, Ego Problems, Poor infrastructure, dirty toilets. Poor Office space

Pros

My time at Insight Alpha helped me understand not just business, but also myself—how I operate, what motivates me, and how I deal with pressure and accountability. This is a place where you’re trusted with real work from day one. The environment encourages you to take initiative, learn the ropes quickly, and get a sense of ownership early on. What I appreciated most was the clarity in expectations—things were always straightforward: you knew what needed to be done, why it mattered, and who it was for. There’s also a strong sense of alignment across teams. People are sharp, direct, and focused, which creates a rhythm that’s easy to sync with once you find your pace. Leaving wasn’t an easy choice—but it was a personal decision, not a professional one. Even after moving on, I’ve stayed connected with many folks here, which says something about the kind of relationships the culture fosters. What stands out: Structure with flexibility—enough direction to stay aligned, but enough space to shape your own path People who are driven, yet respectful of each other’s working styles Steady mentorship that doesn’t micromanage A real sense of progress you can feel year over year

Cons

Minor watch-outs There’s a learning curve initially, but it smoothens out with the right mindset Work tempo can take getting used to for those coming from slower-paced setups

Pros

Rejoining Insight Alpha was one of the easiest decisions I’ve made—and that’s saying something, because leaving the first time wasn’t easy either. After spending a few fulfilling years here, I moved on to explore a different path. But over time, I found myself missing the fast-moving energy, the clarity of purpose, and most of all, the people. So I reached out—unsure of what kind of response I’d get. To my surprise (and gratitude), I wasn’t just accepted back—I was welcomed with open arms, with the same warmth and trust I remembered. The environment here has always felt like a second home. Returning didn’t feel like starting over; it felt like continuing a meaningful journey with familiar faces, shared values, and a deep sense of belonging. Professionally, the pace remains dynamic and the work impactful. There’s room to evolve, contribute meaningfully, and grow in directions that align with your strengths. Personally, I appreciate the mutual respect and team spirit that make every challenge feel collaborative. Culture of trust and mutual respect Openness to people returning and contributing again Tight-knit, driven teams with a shared sense of purpose Clear direction, yet enough flexibility to chart your own growth A workplace that remembers you—and values you

Cons

High expectations; even though backed by support Might not be the right fit - those scared by accountability, ownership
