Company growing very fast and maintaining balance can be tough.

Remote, great colleagues, some team bonding events

The salary was not a livable wage. The company doesn't take into consideration where people live or adjust the salary given cost of living. They also haven't adjusted the salary (to my knowledge) since 2020. Well, they did adjust it but they lowered it. Anyone taking on a role writing RFPs and grants will be paid LESS than in 2022. Raises were arbitrary and not even a percentage of pay. Raises were not tied to performance but were given to appease employees.Completely unorganized grant writing structure leading to being overwork, underpaid, and undervalued. Management is aware of these problems but choose to not solve them or RETAIN their employees like they preach in their services.
