Pros
IEG has to be one of the best recruitment companies I have worked for, I always feel like there are ways for me to progress further and I definitely feel like the working culture is very positive. The culture is very open , honest and presents an excellent work ethic within all teams, which is encouraging. IEG provide fun benefits, with great and well-planned quarterly events and Christmas parties; for example, Crystal Maze, it was competitive between the two teams in good way and of course good teamwork between each task.
Cons
Being part of the compliance team for 4 years has had a few downsides, with how we used to collate candidates compliance and the communication between the Ops team and the consultants being quite poor. However, from when I started to now the onboarding process has improved drastically, with how we updated the onboarding emails to candidates and also having compliance catch ups with the consultants, there is much more trust. I think IEG should continue to encourage wellness within the company, as we had a wellness monthly calendar which was really good and broke down the weeks, with workouts, yoga and quizzes, but since coming back into the office a few days a week its seems to be forgotten. IEG need to have a more diverse team and become less male dominant, which I know they are working towards, this is a positive outlook for the future.
