      Not a great company to work for - Solutions Architect Insight Global Employee Review

      Pros

      Employment and a paycheck. As a contractor my interaction with the actual business is limited to the rare times that my account manager reaches out to me.

      Cons

      Benefits are pretty minimal. For example, there's a 250$ a year cap on 401k contributions is the worst I've ever seen. Healthcare is simply put, the worst I've ever encountered in over 25 of professional experience. To cover my wife and I it cost over 400$ a week (not a month, a week) for healthcare. Thankfully my wife got a job with much better benefits and we're on her plan. My account manager rarely ever reaches out.

      They look for any jobs that are available and are very responsive.

      Cons

      Contract- there could be a month where you don’t get hours.

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
