Where do I begin? This company recruits you straight out of college and tells you how much money you can make and all these trips and incentives you can win all while climbing up the corporate ladder and becoming a professional. The only issue is that only the top lucky 5% have this sort of success while the rest of the company struggles and eventually quits which is why this company has one of the highest turnover rates of any entry level Job I have ever encountered. The issue is that Insight Global has a major identity crisis. They pretend and pitch to you a professional workplace where the males are clean shaven and the women wesr heals when in reality, you have just been recruited into the worlds largest fraternity outside of college. You are invited to drink with your coworkers pretty much every night after work and the company creates almost a cult following in which it makes it almost difficult to interact with anyone not Insight Global affiliated. You are invited to conferences and trainings in which the sole objective of everyone there is to get as hammered as humanly possible and get laid. Essentially you have been convinced that you are bettering your career when you have been blinded by pretty girls, booze, and the possibility of making money all while now getting sucked into the worlds largest pyramid scheme. Management at these conferences will tell you that Insight Global is the best because of their customer service and hard work. I'm here to tell you that few people who work there takes the job or pride themselves on the service they deliver and upper management is concerned about one thing; making money off you before you leave. The environment that is created is one of extreme stress, constant uncertainty and serious toxicity. Everyone including management has inter-office relationships and the amount of sexual abuse that goes unaddressed in despicable. I myself was a victim on multiple occasions and escalated the issue all the way up to the VP level only to have them tell me that the culprit and my boss had been "reprimanded" while he maintained his title. If you want to stunt your career and feel like you are constantly being babysat like a kindergartner, then this is the job for you. If you value your career, your mental psyche and your character, I promise you that you do not want to work for this company. The nearly 2 years I spent in the New York City office I would not wish on my worst enemy.
