Pros

No pros unless you are upper management who makes all of the money.

Cons

Similar to what others have said. Always was told I was a great employee and nothing but support until they blindsided me and forced me to resign a week before my 6 month raise. This company is a joke. They claim they care about you only to use you and then let you go whenever they feel like it. Numbers driven- they only care about numbers not the quality of anything. They’re manipulative and only Care about making money for themselves. It’s all about looks and they tell you what you can and can’t wear even if it’s professional. Everyone in the office talks badly about each other and upper management. DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WORK WITH FAKE PEOPLE WHO PRETEND TO LOVE YOU. Negative environment. The run the company like a high school. People are selfish and don’t care about anything but their own success.

Pros

I appreciate that Insight doesn’t micro manage me and allows me to perform my work in collaboration with the company I am contracted to.

Cons

Sometimes I wish my recruiter would check in with me more. Also, the benefits package is very expensive and we only get a maximum of 7 accrued days of PTO per year - which means that if there’s a holiday and we’re not allowed to work we don’t get paid.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
