      Pros

      It's your typical agency environment in the sense that it has a strong 'work hard play hard' mentality. You get what you sign up for in the world of agency-- nothing wrong with that in those regards.

      Cons

      I was sexually harassed during my interview process. I was told I was getting hired because I was attractive and would be good in front of clients. Fellow women-- please be aware. They could care less what I said in terms of my skillset and previous work experience. Completely unprofessional, appalling and upsetting.

      Great company to work for- competitive comp plan and you can make really good money.

      Cons

      It’s hard work but if you are willing to put it in it pays off

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
