      Challenging work with career advancement ... Potential to make a lot of money

      Cons

      I would give them 0 stars if I could - So unprofessional, catty and superficial. They treat their employees like crap and there is so much drama in the office it's like highschool. The account managers are on a power trip and treat their recruiters poorly as well. If you aren't pushing for sales by your 6 month they don't help you but instead they boot you out the door. Turn over is so high and everyone hates their job. Don't work for IG! If you are interested in staffing go somewhere else!!!!!

      Company has great relationships with employers to keep contractors in longer term contracts.

      Wish 401k match was better, especially for long term contractors.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
