Pros

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. They're highly responsive when they're chasing you down for interviews, but once you land the job, making them a ton of money, you're nothing to them.

Cons

No communication Payroll is inept screwing up your pay numerous times within weeks of starting and it just goes downhill from there No PTO until you work minimum 1500 hours You can't use sick time for 3 months You don't get holiday pay until you work minimum 1500 hours NO accountability when they make mistakes like making up your time sheet and submitting hours. they'll make you wait another week to get the money they owe you regardless of your bills owed Even after threats of calling BBB or quitting, they still won't let you talk to their managers. Probably because they know the BBB doesn't do anything. Insurance is horrible covering nothing Recruiters know nothing about anything. Everything has to be checked first and even then the information they give you is WRONG

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
