Pros
Met some amazing friends. That’s about it.
Cons
I left Insight Global a couple of months ago and it was the BEST decision I have ever made for myself personally, professionally, and financially. Insight Global is the definition of a scheme where leaders push their employees to their breaking point with false promises of achieving success and wealth. Leaders claim to be your biggest supporters yet play obvious favorites when it comes to setting up certain people for success. This company preys on recent college graduates that are unsure of their professional path and tries to convince you that you can’t have a fun work culture or make money in any other job. This is BEYOND false. Leaders of this company need to realize that over working and astronomically underpaying your employees (seriously living under the poverty line in most cities) is the reason why turnover rates are so high. From the time I started to when I left, my office lost at least 20 Recruiters and Account Managers. Mental health struggles are not recognized by leaders at this company. Instead, your personal struggles related to mental health are frowned upon and viewed as a typical “Gen Z complaint.” Do better Insight Global and LISTEN to your employees. People are unhappy at this company and people are struggling with burnout. Don’t let yourself get caught up in the sales techniques that the TA specialists push during the interview process. Yes I met amazing people at Insight Global. But the leadership culture is BEYOND unprofessional and crosses so many boundaries. I felt like my bosses were High School mean girls. Moral of the story is you CAN make money elsewhere and you CAN have an amazing office culture elsewhere. Don’t work here.
