      Pros

      One of the best reason for me at least is the people I work with are great and they help out whenever they are able to . I think they have great contracts with some of the industries best working companies. I like how they are continually keep advancing in their methods of communications not only from the IT perspective but from an environmental perspective.

      Cons

      Like any other company there are some downfalls, there were benefit issues that were mishandled but were taken care of. Sometimes conversion turn around times take long than expected.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
