Pros
You get to learn how to do full-cycle sales + learn how to recruit people. Absolutely fantastic if you want to have a career in sales or recruiting. Also, the people were great!
Cons
As an Account Manager, until you're in the top 1% of salespeople, you're essentially running a staffing business on your own, always finding new clients (majority cold calling until you're a couple of years in and can live off of referrals) and taking them through the pipeline + occasionally managing the people you have on contract. So, you'll always be juggling many different things at all times. Some may see this as a pro, but it was too much for me.
