      - Opportunity for growth - everybody starts as a recruiter and they only promote from within - In Account Management, you really get to control your schedule and set your weeks up

      Cons

      -It's a productivity driven job so there are specific metrics that you need to hit each week -It you do not like solving problems, this job is not for you. Working with people can be very unreliable and a lot of your day to day is solving problems for people

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
