InsightGeeks offers a flexible work culture and a collaborative team vibe. I’ve had the space to learn and take ownership of my work. The leadership is approachable and open to ideas, which makes it easy to grow.
Cons
Being a growing company, some internal processes are still evolving. At times, cross-team coordination can be a bit of a challenge. Also, more structured career development paths would be great.
