Pros
The only pro is being paid. However, no pay cheque is worth the mental and emotional abuse you will endure here.
Cons
The CEO is a toxic narcissist - and this is not a place anyone should consider joining lightly. He is consistently condescending toward team members and prone to public outbursts - screaming and shouting across the open office with no regard for the people around him. He uses physically intimidating behaviour, such as slamming desks, to instil fear and assert control over the team. The workplace culture is DEEPLY hostile and demoralising - driven entirely by one person's aggression and need for dominance, with staff regularly seen crying at their desks. This is not an exaggeration - the emotional damage inflicted on the team is visible, daily and caused directly by the CEO. Staff turnover is extremely high as a result - he fires and hires erratically, makes impulsive decisions and shows no accountability or consistency in his leadership. TO ANYONE CONSIDERING A ROLE AT THIS COMPANY: No job is worth what the people inside this organisation endure on a daily basis. If you are actively interviewing or have received an offer, I urge you to read every review on this company carefully. They are true and honest, and are written by people who want to save you from making the same mistake they did. A pattern this consistent across multiple people is NOT a coincidence, nor is it a "bitter ex employee" - it is merely the unfortunate reality of this place.
