Nice hours, Consistent workflow !

Far travel and in a good desert.

Being that it is a small company, it is very easy to contribute in making positive changes. If you’re a determined employee willing to sacrifice a lot of time and effort, it will be very easy to be noticed and rewarded by upper management. The holiday parties and yearly bonuses are also great.

There is plenty of favoritism and back stabbing that goes on in this place. During slower months when revenue is low, the rumor mill starts turning and management begins their search for another poor soul to put on the hot seat. Unless you’re looking to either stay with the company for the long haul (if you don’t get fired or laid off by then) or stay in the warewashing/food industry, this place will pretty much do nothing for your resume. In all honesty, no one gives a damn about dishwashers and especially not ones that always break.
