Pros
The only company I've worked for that genuinely cares for it's employees. The support is top tier, there's never a time when you feel you can't ask for help and you're never made to feel silly for asking questions. We receive 2 weeks per year dedicated to outside learning and management are more than happy to help nurture your progression within the company, even if it isn't necessarily related to your current job role. There's regular Insites' socials where we'll all go into the office and work together, then go do an activity and go out to eat after and great company Christmas events too. Very flexible, very accommodating and a great work/life balance is encouraged. Insites take their company culture very seriously and everyone who works there is just cool. No workplace politics! 😅 An extremely hardworking team, but it's definitely a welcoming, relaxed and very collaborative environment.
Cons
Honestly don't have a bad word to say. Maybe it being a smaller company 'sometimes' people have to wear a couple of different hats, so to speak. However, this has never negatively impacted me and the company is very fair and is conscious of giving people realistic workloads.
