Pros

The only positive about this company, is the opportunity to work from home!

Cons

This company is very unorganized, and will train for only 2 days, via Zoom/Skype and rush into production. They won't allow BDR's to send out their own emails, nor check your own voicemails from prospects. I was given a random number via Phoneburner (CRM) to contact the prospects to book appointments, and had to wait for management to let me know when there was a response from the prospect before follow-up. The trainer failed to inform that if there is no appointment set within the first week of dialing; your contract will be terminated! So, after the first week, I was called into a zoom meeting, and was fired on the spot! She was very dismissive, Smug, and didn't give much info to why I was being terminated after 1 week of dialing. But later found out that it was indeed because of not getting an appointment during the first week of cold calling. This company only care about numbers! I was fired 2 weeks before Christmas, which should let you know how heartless and inconsiderate management really is.

Pros

The company cares alot about its people, provides support, resources, tools to help staff member's success. I started out as an ISR and was promoted after 1 year. There's a great deal of promotion-from-within at the company.

Cons

The Covid period was difficult for the company but the employees were taken care of. The company has grown alot and we have several people on staff who have been at the company longer than me.
