Pros
Working for Insperity can not be 'just a job.' If that's your gig then Insperity is not for you. Family and servant leadership are core to the Insperity culture. There are 'one offs' where you wonder how someone who doesn't align with the culture manages to stay employed with Insperity but the majority of people are truly good, kind people who have a heart for what they do. People who don't fit the culture will usually leave the company. Helping companies succeed is a passion for the people who work at Insperity.
Cons
The 'nice' culture can hold back progress. Also there are a lot of old timers who have been promoted to leadership because of their dedication and time with the company and not necessarily their level of knowledge or expertise. This holds the company back because these leaders do not always have what it takes professionally to support the next step in growth for the company.
