Highest price in the PEO market. Insperity is fully aware their price increase within the 2016/2016 period made it difficult to achieve customers. On their nationwide call in Jan of 2023 their “solution” to overcome the pricing issue, and therefore decline in customers, was to quote “you need to sell more”… yep. Management basically told the whole sales force they weren’t working hard enough.
But the worse part about this company? You would expect the culture to be positive and encouraging, but I personally experienced bullying from a teammate. Given there was only 8 people in the office, it made it really uncomfortable. This individual had a prior HR warning about them, so my manager was aware of the issues prior. Yet, manager did nothing. Actually played favorites and told me “I needed to get over it”… ummm… over it?! My character and integrity was lied about in a professional environment and my manager did nothing. Had to go to HR, never in my life had I ever needed to do that. What a mistake. HR fully sided with the manager. I had asked for HR to sit in a conversation with myself, my manager and his manager- but HR left me out of the convo, and spoke ONLY to the upper management. HR then returned and stated “we give the rights to our district manager to manager their assigned areas as they deem fit”…. SO… if you want a company who says one thing, but does another without concern for their employees who aren’t management- then this is the spot for you.
